Advocate Rajiv Saxena having more than 41 years of practice, heads the litigation practice of Direct Tax Law areas of the Firm. Being enrolled with the Indian Bar Association since 1980, he is an expert in the area of domestic tax laws and represents before Supreme Court, various High Courts having active practice in Delhi High Court and Income Tax Appellate Tribunals throughout the country. His area of practice is tax which involves Appellate work in income tax, allied taxes, and GST.
