Job Description: The candidate is expected to undertake and handle NCLT, IBC and Corporte Legal work along with some regular Company/ LLP Secretarial work.  

Key Responsibilities

  1. Research on various Corporate and Insolvency and Bankruptcy issues.   
  2. Drafting of petitions, Resolutions and online/ offiline  filings e.g. NCLT, IBBI,  MCA, ROC, Income Tax, TDS, GST, ROC, and RBI etc
  3. Assistance in handling Company/LLP Secretarial work,
  4. Drafting of resolutions, minutes, and other documents as required under Companies/LLP act.
  5. Drafting of letters, notices, reply, agreements and other documents and writings.
  6. Should have good drafting and Communication Skill.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 0-5 years;
  • Good communication and drafting skills
  • Skills for drafting minutes
  • Expert knowledge of MCA is required.
  • Technical skills – Microsoft office, Adobe Reader.

Salary: As per industry norms

Probation Period: 3 Months

Job Description:  It will be a paid assessment internship for a continuous period of minimum 3 months, wherein internship stipend is payable on successful completion of internship period. The candidate is expected to undertake all sort of Research work on various topics, Drafting etc. or any other work as may be assigned by the Partner/ Associates.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Research on various legal topics, case laws and writing articles
  2. Assist in drafting of various legal documents
  3. Assist in interpreting laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses.
  4. Preparing brief for the matters / Points of Arguments and notes to the cases and matters
  5. Assist in advising clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.

Skills Required

  • LLB / pursuing LLB
  • Available for a continuous period of 3 months
  • Good research and drafting skills
  • Good skills of reading case laws and writing articles
  • Good interpretation skills
  • Good communication skills- strong command on Hindi and English

Period of Internship

  1. First slot: 1st October , 2023- 31st December , 2023
  2. Second Slot: 1st January , 2024- 31st March , 2024
  3. Third Slot: 1st  April, 2024 – 30th June, 2024

Job Description: The candidate is expected to undertake all aspects of administrative work including accounting, and development of internal control policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Account maintenance on Tally and other routine accounting job.
  2. Online filings e.g Income Tax, TDS, GST, ROC, RBI and IBBI etc
  3. Routine Banking works.
  4. Filing for various Tender & empanelment at Govt websites.
  5. Support to Partner including the email, meeting and other support.
  6. General admin support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments. Maintain the daily accounts and administrative task including but not limited to office admin.
  7. Responsible for providing secretarial service
  8. Conduct other general accounting duties, as assigned.
  9. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping.

Skills and Qualifications

  • B.Com., CA / CS / CWA (Inter)
  • Having at least 1 year of experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Hindi
  • Good knowledge of Excel and strong database skills.
  • Good drafting and writing skills

Probation Period: 3 Months 

Job Description: Executive will be acting as foundation stone of law firm, who’ll be responsible from data management to client coordination, client development and sorting and sharing the real time legal and commercial updates. Working as an Admin Executive is a great way to break into the legal field or get your feet wet at a law firm.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain Court diaries and set reminders for the Court cases, Maintain and update company databases
  2. General Office management
  3. Data sorting and Management and sending daily email and messages / whatsapp for legal updates and other information.
  4. Social media marketing by managing and updating all social media Accounts of the firm and Partners.
  5. Sharing real time legal / commercial updates with the Partners, Executives of the Firm, Clients and other stakeholders.
  6. To assist in Banking and accounts transactions, checking, verification & follow up.
  7. Prepare payments to vendors and claims (process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts, cheques)
  8. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping.
  9. General admin support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments.Maintain the daily accounts and administrative task 
  10. Manage / monitor daily office operation
  11. Manage/Monitor logistics and resources
  12. Responsible for providing secretarial service
  13. Responsible for handling telephone/fax and be responsible for all incoming calls/mails and communicating to relevant persons and projects
  14. Conduct other general accounting duties, as assigned.
