His experience covers the entire range of this practice, starting from advising companies on stressed asset acquisitions, to assisting debtors and lenders with debt structuring, coupled with leading the entire formal process involving the corporate insolvency resolution process of a distressed entity. He has also catered to liquidation and voluntary liquidation cases.
