Presently Practicing as a Corporate lawyer, he has successfully managed numerous cases of Insolvency, Merger & Acquisitions, Winding-up, Corporate Restructuring at various levels, besides he had also handled various Due-Diligence, FDI and FIPB Approvals, Joint Venture Agreements with overseas companies, formation of companies in India and abroad, regular and continual compliances thereof and, Company Secretarial Audits, Stock Exchange and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and RBI related matters and various other Corporate matters.
